In recent years, numerous chatbot companies have emerged to address these issues by reducing costs and aiming to enhance customer experience. However, these chatbots often fall short, offering only limited click-based workflows or answering simple FAQs.
With over 2 million consumer brands worldwide, each is seeking innovative ways to engage online. LimeChat has developed advanced Level 3 Conversational AI technology, enabling brands to let customers buy and engage directly through platforms like WhatsApp and Messenger. Our platform triples sales conversions compared to websites and offers smart chat re-engagements twice as effective as email and SMS campaigns.
We're collaborating with top Indian D2C brands like Wow Skin Science, Mamaearth, and HUL, and are now focusing on global mega-brands. Over the past six months, we've processed over 100 million messages and sold more than 100 thousand products. The year 2024 marks a significant turn towards conversational commerce, and LimeChat is poised for growth.
