Overview

What are we looking for?

LimeChat is seeking an experienced individual who possesses a zeal to learn and the passion to build a zero-to-one function. You'll be the founding QA engineer and will work with our head of product and developers to create systems to enable clean and bug free releases. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of LimeChat and a great growth path for the ambitious. We are taking our software global and quality will be at the heart of this expansion effort.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to analyze requirements, design and review detailed test plans and test cases and execute them
• Understand the modules, services, and applications you own and how they interact with other components of LimeChat systems
• Develop a testing framework to run automated tests on various products in the LimeChat suite
• Develop and execute performance testing plans to validate the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our microservices.
• Execute manual test cases and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
